Near Rennes-le-Chateau, above the village of Coustaussa, are the 'Capitelles' and 'Camp Grand'. "We were not prepared for the astonishing sight which we found on the hillside. The Visigoths were adherents of the Aryan heresy which denied the divinity of Jesus. Their descendants founded the Merovingian dynasty which ruled Gaul until the death of Dagobert II. The Merovingians were said to rule by right of their "royal blood" or "sang real".
